Autoconfirmed users can edit semi-protected pages, move pages (rename), and are exempt from CAPTCHA for most actions, allowing them to bypass IP-based rate limits and post external links more freely, which helps combat vandalism on popular pages. This status is automatically granted after an account meets criteria age of the account which is 4 days
